Costume Contest Rules
PET COSTUME CONTEST RULES
Pets can be registered online for a discount before the day of event or day of for full price. Only registered pets may participate.
Owners and pets must check in by 2:00pm and be in the staging area at their appointed time (receive upon check in).
Judges decisions are final!
Pets and owners costumes will be judged on creativity, uniqueness, charisma and fun!
Costumes must be comfortable and safe for pets.
Owners must wear registration number where it is clearly visible to judges during the contest.
No loud devices, laser pointers or anything that may be distracting to other dogs/owners.
Dogs must be held or controlled on leash when on the runway.
Any dog that bites another dog, person or handler will not be permitted to compete and will forfeit with no refund.
Owners of pets participating will need to show proof of their Rabies Certificate provided by a veterinarian when registering. We need to see them but do not need copies.
Owners are required to clean up after their pet. Trash can and bags are provided by the ADL outside of racing area.
No one is allowed to sell any animals at the event.
The 1st place dogs from each category qualify to compete for Best in Show!
